After completing your foundation phase, Level 2 is where your body truly wakes up. This stage is designed to help women rebuild strength, improve posture, enhance flexibility, and reconnect deeply with their core. Whether you’re returning to fitness, navigating pregnancy, or rebuilding after birth, this level offers safe, structured progress.


What You Will Focus On

🔥 Core Activation

Learn how to gently but effectively engage your deep core muscles to support your spine, improve balance, and prepare your body for more dynamic movements.

🍃 Hip & Back Strengthening

Strengthening these key areas helps reduce lower-back discomfort, improve posture, and create a stable base for all daily movements—especially important during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

🌞 Flow Sequences (Sun Salutation A — including pregnancy-safe variation)

You’ll begin practicing simple but empowering flow sequences. These help build stamina, improve circulation, and deepen the mind-body connection. A modified Sun Salutation A ensures safety and comfort for expecting mothers.

💨 Breath + Movement Coordination

Discover how breath guides your strength. Learning to sync your inhale/exhale with movement enhances stability, fluidity, and emotional grounding.
